Materials needed:
- Euro pallet
- Cow foot or similar
- screwdriver (if necessary)
- saw
- Screws or nails, hammer or cordless screwdriver
- Color of your choice, brush
Step 1: Remove the base slats - preparing the Euro pallet
- First, you need to remove the bottom slats of the Euro pallet, for example with a crowbar. Be careful of the nails, as they point upwards. You can remove them completely or push them downwards.
Step 2: Release the connecting slat - freedom upwards
- Now remove one of the connecting slats to ensure that your fence element is not limited at the top.
Step 3: Sharpening the fence slats - Rustic look
- All the fence slats are now sawn to a point at the top to give the fence a rustic look.
Step 4: Attach the connecting slat - ensure stability
- The connecting slat that was loosened in step 2 must now be reattached slightly below the top of the fence slats to ensure stability.
Step 5: Painting - Color Customization
- Paint the finished fence element in a color of your choice to give it an attractive and durable finish.
Step 6: Decorating - Adding a personal touch
- Decorate the fence as you wish with flower baskets, a pennant banner, or a decorative sign. Let your creativity run wild to give your country-style fence a personal touch and make it the highlight of your garden or patio.
Your self-made country-style fence is now ready to enhance your surroundings with its rustic charm. Enjoy your DIY project and the inviting atmosphere your new fence element brings to your garden!
