DIY - Rustic flower pot made from an old tub

With just a few simple steps and a little creativity, you can give your garden or balcony a charming, rustic flair.

Materials needed:

• Old tub
• tape measure
• Branches (at the height of the tub)
• sage
• Two old ratchet straps
• stapler

Step 1: Measure the circumference of the tub

• Let's start by measuring the circumference of your tub. That's our first step in determining how many doctors we need.

Step 2: Saw off the branches

• Saw the branches to the height of the tub. Make sure the branches are as even and straight as possible to achieve a harmonious overall appearance.

Step 3: Lay out the branches

• Lay the sawn branches side by side on the ground to form the circumference of the tub. If your tub is against a wall, we might need fewer branches for the back. This saves time and effort.

Step 4: Secure the branches

• Take two old ratchet straps and attach them to the top and bottom of the branches using a stapler. Make sure the straps are taut and leave some excess webbing at the ends so you can tie them later.

Step 5: Construct around the tub

• Now place the structure around the tub from the outside and tie the ends of the tension straps securely.
