Land & Love in the Schleswig-Holstein Magazine

Under the motto “Courage.Make.Possible.” The annual reception of the IHK in Kiel took place yesterday, March 1st. The main topic of the event was the shortage of skilled workers, which is currently being felt throughout Germany. In addition to shedding light on the problem, the panel discussion that evening was primarily about creative solutions. Julika Bleil, one of the two founders and managing directors of Land & Liebe Bad Möbel, also presented how she approaches the topic and exchanged ideas with other human resources managers. Earlier in the day we were also visited by a camera team from Schleswig-Holstein Magazin (NDR) at our company in Schenefeld. In addition to the management, employees from the carpentry and painting departments were also interviewed and shared their thoughts on the shortage of skilled workers and lateral entry, but also on what it means to work in a family business.
