What could be more sustainable than buying second-hand? We love each of our pieces and are happy to make a small contribution to a sustainable, socially responsible economy.
We lovingly refurbish our antique chests of drawers by hand so that they retain their charm while meeting modern hygiene requirements - with significantly less impact on our environment.
However, we also pay strict attention to all aspects of sustainability when it comes to our new products. We only use environmentally friendly paints and rely on sustainable packaging (reusable blankets).
- Our wood comes from sustainable forestry in Europe or we use antique pieces of furniture that we refurbish
- We do not consume energy for large-scale industrial production
- We only use paints that use water as a solvent
- No children or slaves are abused here for cheap production
- We only buy green electricity and green gas
- No trees cut down for our antique washbasins
