Filip is enthusiastically responsible in our workshop for ensuring that your piece and all special requests are manufactured to the exact centimeter. With great skill and precision in his work, the carpenter implements the prefabricated technical drawings and turns customer wishes into reality.

Our industrial engineer Frank helps even the shakiest flea market find back on its feet and ensures that it is structurally stable. If an antique ornament is missing, he will carve it out without further ado. Thanks to his wealth of experience combined with his wonderful composure, we are able to handle even the most challenging requests with confidence.

Gürkan, a qualified furniture technician, uses his comprehensive specialist knowledge and great skill to restore every antique chest of drawers to its former glory and finds a solution even for seemingly impossible requests. Responsible for the cutting, he ensures that your piece really "fits". He is an employee of the first hour, who always ensures a sunny mood.

Julika is responsible for the fact that Land & Liebe soon became "Land & Liebe Landhausmöbel". As an engineer, she produced the first two washstands from chests of drawers that Verena had previously designed. Today, she is responsible for all technical and commercial matters in the management, for optimal processes.

Verena loves country furniture and founded Land & Liebe. Around 10 years ago, she started refurbishing flea market finds. She is the creative part of our business management: design, decoration and photography are all in her hands. That's why she is happy to help with the surface whenever she has time for brushes & paint.

Max, a graduate in business administration, brings his straightforward and unconventional way of thinking to the management team in order to continuously improve the service and quality of Land & Liebe. At the same time, he also helps our customers to realize their new furnishing dreams by talking to them directly and with great dedication
