That's why we decided from the very beginning to only produce to order, as this allows us to make changes to the dimensions and color according to your wishes. Your order is therefore sent to production after receipt of payment and goes through the work steps in our production department. This enables us to guarantee you a high-quality and durable product. And since our production process includes many steps that are actually carried out by hand, we need the specified delivery time.

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation of purchase by e-mail. After we have received your payment, your country house furniture will be manufactured for you. You will be notified as soon as your piece of furniture is ready for collection or has been handed over to the shipping company. You will be informed of the exact delivery date of your order by the shipping company.

Our furniture is solidly carpentered, i.e. wedged and glued and delivered or finished as a complete piece of furniture. However, there is an exception for the large country house furniture. These are delivered in two parts (upper and lower part).

Hand-carved new furniture, partly hand-carved ornaments, unique natural product with the usual characteristics of wood, which sets it apart from the usual, cheap furniture made of hardboard (formaldehyde-resin-glued and compressed fibers): Individual grain, small drying cracks, small knotholes, small dents and edges in the wood, simply a "living" piece of furniture with character!
